  • Salary £45-47,000, access to private healthcare, 4% employer pension contribution, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and life assurance (3x base wage)
 
 
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Manager for a leading equipment manufacturer, that’s expanding their Engineering team.  Main purpose of the role is to service, repair, maintain & improve chiller units on customers sites with a good customer service attitude.
 
 
Duties & responsibilities as a Service Manager:
  • Leading a team of 5 Service Engineers
  • Allocating workload
  • Demonstrate a background of success in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Have the ability to run a positive, fast paced operation, managing and motivating the team to succeed
  • Be computer literate and confident in the use of technology and IT systems
  • Have some experience of managing a budget, working to operational KPI's and financial targets
  • Have strong work ethic and desire to help the business succeed
 
 
Experience / Qualifications required:
  • Nationally recognised qualification in Leadership (Desirable)
  • Current F-Gas qualification (Essential)
  • Time served Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship (Desirable)
  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
 
 
Commutable from Banbury, Daventry and Evesham
