  • Salary £9.50 - £10.84 p/h depending on experience
We are looking to recruit a Project Co-Ordinator for an engineering client of ours based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.   You will be responsible for processing sales orders, purchase orders, confirming order requests, dealing with customers and suppliers and overall being responsible for the smooth running of the service and engineering department.
This position is covering maternity leave with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the contract.   You will be covering until October 2021 as a minimum.  You will work Monday to Friday, 39 hours in return for a salary in the region of £9.50 and £10.84 depending on experience.
Duties and responsibilities as a Project Coordinator:
  • Responsible for processing product and equipment sales orders
  • Processing orders and order requests from customers
  • Proactively chasing suppliers for updates on delivery times
  • Requesting installation material lists from Project Managers
  • Managing stock levels for site installations
  • Liaison with suppliers and customers on deliveries
  • Organising Transport for direct deliveries across Europe
  • Ensuring CDM regulations and Contractor packs are up to date (CSCS/IPAD/RAMS etc...)
  • Planning and liaison with Contractors
  • Supporting Sales Coordinators, Project Engineers and Service Manager
  • Sending out order confirmations
  • Using SAP system
Experience required:
  • You must have good Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Understanding of SAP system would be advantageous
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent Team Player
This position is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Worcester, Longbridge, Redditch, Kidderminster, Alvechurch and Halesowen.
Applicants that have worked as an Administrator, Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Administration Assistant or similar would be suitable for this position.
